Photowalk Club Part Deux

December 2, 2012

Wong, Panda, and I went on another hipster non-racist 4×5 photowalk, but this time we brought more friends. Matt, Meli, Miko, and Mawi (wow, all M’s) joined in on the fun. Panda somehow knew the owners of an apartment building in the Cathedral Hill area so they gave us roof access for a couple of hours. I was excited to actually be on the roof of a building in San Francisco. It’s not that often I get to do that. I really enjoyed the view.

We left the area and headed across Golden Gate Bridge to shoot from Fort Baker. It’s a good spot to get a full panoramic view of the city. Matt was trying to shoot some timelapse photos, but it was difficult to capture good movement when there were no clouds roaming across the sky. We gave up on that, and as soon as the the off-camera flash kits came out, silliness ensued.

We were starving so we headed back to the city to eat at Super Duper in the Marina. Matt and Meli said goodnight after dinner, and the rest of us went down to Pier 39 for a bit before heading home. Good times.
